General Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

  1. Cancellation by User:
    • Users can cancel a reservation by providing notice at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  2. No Show:
    • Failure to appear for a reservation without proper notification may result in charges.
  3. Notification Process:
    • Cancellation or modification notices must be sent 2 hours prior to pick-up by calling 346-224-4188 or emailing gonowvipservices@gmail.com

Reservation Changes Policy:

  1. Modification Requests:
    • Users can request changes to reservations, subject to availability, by providing notice at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  2. Fees for Last-Minute Changes:
    • Changes made within the 2-hour time frame may incur additional charges.

Credit Card Policy:

  1. Payment Authorization:
    • Users authorize Go Now VIP Ride Share Service to charge the provided credit card for services rendered.
  2. Payment Disputes:
    • Disputes regarding charges must be reported within a specified timeframe for investigation.

Affiliate Service Policy:

  1. Third-Party Services:
    • Go Now VIP Ride Share Service may engage affiliates to provide transportation services.
  2. Affiliate Terms:
    • Users acknowledge that affiliate services may have separate terms and conditions.

Lost or Damaged Items Policy:

  1. Responsibility:
    • Users are solely responsible for their belongings; Go Now VIP Ride Share Service is not liable for lost or damaged items.
  2. Notification:
    • Lost items reported within a defined period will be returned, subject to availability.
